- born into a very blue blooded family located in Southern England, the kind with a town house in London and a family estate in the countryside. All throughout his life he's had little contact with his parents as he went to boarding schools all his life (first a prep school, then Eton) and before that was mostly raised by nannies, so him and them don't have much of an emotional relationship. He has no siblings.
- Due to this his grandfather, who is in the House of Lords, took over actually parenting him and he's the most important person in Rupert's life. They are very close. Grandpa is also very well connected and a public figure, and and shielded Rupert as well as he could from all things problematic about the Garou aspect of the family. This means that when trouble within the tribe came up - another group of werewolves-and-their-relatives targeting the one that Rupert's family is a part of - Rupert mostly lost touch with that side of his ancestry, and his extended family in general.
- he is gay and hasn't come out yet - which is relevant because his way of dealing with that was to get a fake ID, sometimes go to gay clubs in London and pick someone up. And that in turn led to him eventually acquiring a boyfriend, Sanju. When he eventually told his parents, they didn't take it welland he got into a fight with them about it. Feelings running hot, he changed into a Crinos werewolf form for the first time and in a frenzy killed both his parents, which gave him PTSD.
- Luckily, his shock response was to make the butler drive him to his grandfather, the Duke of Slough, and his grandfather arranged to cover up the murder and to find a mentor for Rupert to train him with all that is necessary for a young Garou, and also brought him to a safe place - he got pulled out of school under the disguise that he would get private tutoring at his grandfather's countryside estate for the A-levels he's soon going to take.
- It's been two months since the death of his parents, and he's been holed up at his grandpa's learning how to be a good Garou and studying for his A-levels.


PEACEKEEPER PROFILE


Personality:

Rupert is generally well-meaning and cares about people, but also has grown up so privileged that he simply doesn't understand the issues a lot of less-privileged people face (think "if they have no bread, why don't they eat cake?" variety). He is open to learning! ...But you need to get it through to him first.

He is very much a leader, and if put in a group will automatically assume that that is his role. He has a lot of self-confidence and is very charismatic, and generally gets along well with people. It helps that he is physically attractive (though his face is average) and very athletic, though more in the strength than in the dexterity department.

Lastly, he's not particularly academically minded. His middling success in school is mostly owed to tutors and being in a school with small class sizes.


Game Plan: He's going to be disappointed in the world not having ended eight weeks earlier, mostly - could have spared him a whole lot of trauma and loneliness. Or perhaps a few years later, because then he could have done something to try and stop it. But he's not going to question it, because the apocalypse was something the experienced adults around him did expect to happen eventually.
Being used to making friendly acquaintances or friends wherever he goes, he will bring that same attitude to the game... and have to learn how to deal with the variety of backgrounds.
Mostly, I want to play Rupert working through all the changes and challenges in his back-home-life in an environment where they don't matter.
